The following are two perceptual patterns, which are helping me to manage stress are – • Consuming healthy diets and taking 8 to 9 hours of sleep – I have read and understood from chapter 8 that one of key reasons of increasing stress is our daily consumption of unhealthy foods and lack of proper sleep. Hence, I have chosen this one as one of the foremost strategy.
